Back up

Can't seem to get the back up feature working or being able to export the data to a word document. Any suggestions

    Well, I eventually figured out how to sync my library with the Zotero add-on in firefox . I am now trying to export my library into word. I tried to export into rdf files - but word and adobe both say they cannot read file. Is there a more compatible file?

    Ultimately I just want to have a copy of my library saved on my hard drive to ensure my data won't be lost.

    Please note that MS Word is essentially a backup of your library only in printed form.

    When you said that you learned to sync your library with the Zotero add-on in Firefox, I hope that you are using the automatic Zotero sync to server function. I think it is reassuring that my data is backed up in another city.
