Using Zotero offline
Hello everybody!
I will start by saying that I love Zotero and I am recommending it also within the industry people (not Academia).
I have a question on how to use Zotero offline. I have read for almost two days everything on zotero.org and everywhere I find statements that you can use Zotero offline, but nothing on HOW TO DO THIS.
For example, I have a pdf file in my hard drive that I would love to open with Zotero so I could integrate it with other sources I downloaded from the Internet, but nots, highlight sections, etc. Can someone explain me HOW I can do this? I know how to put the info manually and how to attach that pdf file to the reference, but I do not know how to work then within Zotero to put notes, highlight sections, etc.
I will appreciate very much your comments on this matter.
Cordially,
Ricardo Valls

Zotero only works within Firefox, but Firefox does work without an internet connection. Because of this, you can still use Zotero (within Firefox) to add/delete notes when you have no internet connection.
Perhaps it's obvious to everyone else, but it would never have occurred to me! Thanks to noksagt for helping out here.
