Style Request: Diversity and Distributions
I found in the forums that someone created this style and wanted to submit it back in 2009, but I can't find it in the repository. Surely its there with a different name?

If it helps, there is an Endnote (.ens) reference style available for D&D. I'm aware that I can import this into Zotero, but it has some flaws, like it doesn't list in alphabetical order as required by the journal, and the lines after the first are indented and they shouldn't be. So it looks as if the .ens file isn't being utilized correctly.
I would like to know if the style for Diversity and Distributions has been created and uploaded?

Here are the author guidelines:

And here is the EndNote style:

I list the main differences between Mammal review and Diversity and Distributions as exposed by BenLabay below for easier reading:
- Needs periods after initials
- Needs commas after journal name
- Journal volume number needs to be in bold
- Needs comma instead of colon after journal volume number
- Needs '&' before last author
I hope this can ease the work of the developers.
Thank you very much Adam!
