Chicago Author-Date Dictionary Issues

I am trying to cite the OED using the Author-Date Chicago style in Zotero. However, when I put it in the text, it simply comes out as (Anon. 2012b) rather than what it looks like it should be, ("pagan", 2012). Oddly, in the edit bar it shows correctly, but in the text it is showing 'Anon.'

Help?
  • I'll have a look. If by "edit bar" you mean the quick format window to insert citations, that's irrelevant - it presents them in a generic way.
  • Indeed-- the quick format window (sorry, I couldn't figure out the correct terminology).

To give a few more details, I am using the dictionary entry entry type, though I've tried it with the encyclopedia entry type with the same result.
  • It's a problem with the style - it'll take a little time until I get to it.
  • Ah. Good to know. Is there a viable workaround? The paper I'm writing is due Friday, so if there's a way I can work around it without just removing the Zotero codes that would be very helpful.
  • only workaround I can think of is to just manually edit the citation in Word/LO.
That shouldn't cause too much problems along the way - Zotero can revert it (but it will prompt you before it does).
  • This is fixed now for the version of the style on the repository.
Update by re-installing. In an existing document you may have to switch to a different style and back for changes to take effect.
