citation in words

Hi,

How can I insert the author on my word document rather that the citation number with a footnote...For example, I would like to write..."according to Rocher (2010)"...

    Yes, previous issue is resolved. One another thing. I've started a document with one style for citations and now I want to change that style.

    How can I do this?
