problem to crate my library on word for mac (Lion)

I have created my library on word
The citations are edited
But when i ask for the library creation, it says I shoud insert a library ?

What is the real problem

What can i do ?

    Could you describe in a bit more detail what you actually did?
    "I have created my library on word" for example means nothing to me.

    Also, what is the exact text of the error message ("it says I shoud insert a library") you're getting - in the original language.

    I try to explain


    I have a text on word (office 2010) on Mac (Lion)

    I can isert citation from my library on Zotero

    On word , after insert citation i ask for "Edit Library"

    It cannot edit library because it (word) says , in Frensh

    " vous devez inserer une librairie"

    No, that's not the message you're getting. This is:

    "Vous devez insérer une bibliographie avant d'effectuer cette opération."

    (When reporting bugs (to us or anyone), please include exact error messages—don't just say them from memory.)

    You're trying to edit a bibliography before you have inserted it:

    What exactly are you trying to do by editing the bibliography, though?

    (edit: oh - and if you prefer, feel free to post in French - Dan and I both read French (though we'll reply in English), there are also some French power users who'll be happy to help you).

    OF COURSE !
    I should insert a bibliography before editing a bibliography
    But I cannot find the button "insert a bibliography" on my word page !

    Before i was on Lion,I was on Snow leopard, and it was automatically done.

    Do I have anything to upgrade ?

    inserting a bibliography has never happened automatically.
    Follow my link above - do you not get the icon for insert bibliography?
    It should be the third from the left if you have icons, the third from the top if you're using the Apple Script Menu.

    I could not find the button because the button was not

    I went on zotero preference
    I re-Installed Word Add-in
    I restarted my computer
    AND The button " Insert bibliography" appeared on my word (Third on the right )
    And My bibliography is ok

    That's some bad hat Harry
