    Thanks for adding. I've updated the style to include support for 'ibid'. This isn't prescribed by the journal style guide but I use it for close page-by-page review of another text, and think useful for others.

    If the official style guide doesn't use "ibid" I prefer to keep it out from the version in the style repository.
