Upgrade StorageSort bibliography based on author's last name for IEEE style

I'm using IEEE styles for my document. When inserting the bibliography, the citations are sorted based on the the order of occurrences.
I'm wondering if I can set it so that these citations are sorted by the author's last name?

and you can check one of the author date styles (APA e.g.) to get an idea of how to sort by author.
