Zotero import of Google Docs with citations inserted using the new Research tool
Google docs just got a perfect upgrade - it allows you to search scientific articles as you write and insert citations (as footnotes) instantly.
However, until the editorial manager starts accepting such citations, we will have to convert these footnotes to Zotero citations manually.
Is there any tool in Zotero, that would automatically import the provided citations contained in footnotes into the database and at the same time, turn the citations from footnotes into the bibliography list? Can zotero perhaps analyze the text already? Or do we have to wait until someone creates a script or something similar to do what we need?
