Zotero Import Icon / Extension Not workng

Zotero connector for chrome is not working, i have tried many times but no way. Plz describe in simple way :)

    I have tried this, it worked on for general sites/ youtube etc. But Whenever i am signed in on University Account and open Jstor or Ebsco host the Connector Icon Again Disappears. Report ID is 14812885.

    Please provide a sample URL for JSTOR as you see it.

    the problem is the way your university proxies electronic resources (so that you can access them from off campus).

    This would probably work with zotero for Firefox, but won't in the connectors for Chrome and Safari - there is currently nothing we can do about it, though it may eventually become possible in the connectors. You could see if you can connect to these resources differently - using VPN should work.

    Ok , I will try from VPN setup ... as the present is ADSL ... not the VPN
