MLZ: Syntax Error XML tag name mismatch (expected parent)

Hello,

I'm experiencing regularly the same problem (cf. above), sometimes even three times a day while working on the same document. So far I've solved it by copy-pasting the whole text into a new document, however, I'm not sure this is a very good idea to do on the long run. I've checked the debugging procedure, but wasn't able to identify the corrupted citation.

I'm using multilingual zotero
OS 10.5.8
Mac Word 2008
my error ID is 1571465448

I don't know a lot about XMTL etc - so if possible please keep your explanations simple...

Thanks a lot for your support!!
