    You're running Zotero 2.0.8 and Firefox 3.5.1, both of which are incredibly old. Upgrade to the latest versions of each and make sure Firefox is set to update itself and add-ons automatically.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I have both set to update itself and add-ons automatically. I am not sure why they do not update on their own.
