Upgrade Storage"error communicating ..."
Hi,
I'm using the Zotero plugin in OpenOffice, and I'm getting this "error communicating with Zotero" when I try to do anything (insert citation, edit citation, bibliography, etc.) in one particular document. I've seen that others have had the problem as well and have solved it in various ways, but none of those seem to describe what I'm dealing with.
I checked the Report Errors dialog, and it does record a JavaScript Error when it fails to insert a citation. I can't send in the report because the machine in question can't get network connectivity (a problem which I realize could have ramifications for Zotero), so I'll copy the error log entry below:
[JavaScript Error: "names[j] has no properties" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/cite.js" line: 2590}]
Any suggestions?
