Upgrade StorageStyle for Plant Biology
Hello I adapted another existing style to create one for the journal "Plant Biology".

Validator.nu did not like my command for putting "et al." in italics in wihtin-citations, so I deleted this line (88) for the uploaded style:
<et-al term="and others" font-style="italic"/>
it can be copied and pasted into line 88 with a text editor. It worked fine with my document.

I saw this instruction already and I tried again now, but if I put it as child element as described, I get "and others" instead of "et al.". And simply changing the "term" into "et al." results in an error.
I am not good in this but only working with trial and error so if you like to correct this go ahead!
