Upgrade StorageInserting citations via Word plug-in
I'm new to Zotero and very much appreciating its features with Firefox.
I haven't managed to insert a citation into a Word document. The Plug-in has installed in \Word\STARTUP\ as seems from other discussion entries in this group to be the right place, and I get zotero icon in the 'add-ins' menu (Word 2007) but when I click on the 'insert citation' icon all I get is a horizontal bar with a large red Z and a red border - it doesn't connect to my Zotero menu.
Any suggestions?

It doesn't seem to give me a choice of formats for the citation, or (as I had expected from the web training video of the plug-in's function) to be able to access my zotero library visually.
Are either of those ways of working also possible?
