word plugin not working! error report 615263837

Using Word 2010, but plugin for creating citations is no longer working. When I click any of the zotero citation buttons in word nothing happens.

    There are three errors in that error report, all of which should have appeared in dialogs when you clicked the buttons in the toolbar. Are you saying that you're not getting any errors at all? Or is there some functionality in particular that isn't working? Also, does Zotero work with a new document?
