We're experiencing problems with the bibliography/reference list in the end of our paper. When we try to refresh the citations in the document new citations are not added to the bibliography. Thus, there are no problem with adding citations in the text, but they do not appear in the reference list.

Me and my co-writer share a zotero group but I believe that all references has been added on his computer (Mac OSX 10.7.4, word 2011, zotero plug-in in Firefox v. 3.0.7) although I have also been working in the document without handling any references...

I hope you can help me!

    I have the same computer and version of word, but I tried to install the zotero standalone, without success...so I removed it after a while and that's a reason for using my co-writers computer!

    First, try deleting the bibliography and inserting a new one. If that doesn't work, follow these steps. If you don't mind, we'd also appreciate it if you could send the document to support@zotero.org so that we can figure out exactly why this error is happening.

    Thank you, it worked! But the error prompt still comes up every time we try to refresh! Due to the contentif the thesis we can unfortunately not send it to you!

    Does the error still come up on refresh if you delete the bibliography?

    Follow the steps on the debugging broken documents page, particularly #8. I don't think there's much else I can do without the document, but those should work.
