slow tagging

I'm currently using zotero 3.0b2 on firefox 8.0, on a machine running windows 7 (SP3). Tagging citations is very slow, as the screen turns white for several seconds after each tag I enter. Is there some way for the processing to be faster?

I have the tag selector window closed, all other extensions are disabled, and autosync is off.

    I have the same Problem. On tagging and adding an entry to a library folder too.
    On tagging the CPU usage goes up to about 50% and it lasts about 30 seconds. In both firefox and standalone (today installed/updated).

    Debug Id 122779499, there was several js errors listed.

    I use zotero 3.0rc1, firefox 9.01 and even if the tag selector is closed I have to wait serval seconds until 30 seconds for each tag I want to enter.

    Is this a bug? Are there some hints to fasten tagging?

    We'd need a Debug ID (not a Report ID, as provided by reh) for a slow tagging operation.
