Upgrade StorageError updating document after all upgrade
I repeatedly get the message "Zotero has encountered an error while updating your document - ID: 877957504)
- My computer is a MAC O S X 10.6.8
- Firefox: 12.0
- I tried to fix it updating Zotero to the new version: 3.0.7 (Standalone)
- I also installed word for mac integration 3.5.4
- And restarted my computer
However, I get this message over and over again. Please, help!

SimonAre you using the scripts from the script menu or the toolbar? If the latter, does it make a difference if you use the script menu?

renataabrahao8901It does make a difference. If I use the script menu instead of the tool bar, I can add a citation. Is this the only way I can use it?

SimonIt should be possible to make the toolbar work. Try these steps.
