We have no idea what the problem is until you tell us.

This appears as I try to save the citation from the link provided in the website that I'm using.

an error appears as I try to save the link by exporting it in a APA style.
The information is saved but not in full. (see link)
I cannot cite it otherwise due to the zotero not being avalibale to this webpage.
I am not aware of any other ways to save citations other than the one provided by the url.

    thnak you
  • For the past couple of days (at least) Sage Journals (SagePub.com) is supplying broken RIS format downloads. When I examine the file with a text editor the first 12 to 15 lines are properly formatted. However, at some point the characters become gibberish, the tags and line feeds go away and the text includes weird extended characters-- star, spade, etc.

I have had excellent results using the BibTeX download and importing into Zotero from the clipboard.

The downloaded metadata includes the DOI number but not the ISSN.
  • ok great thanks. i will try importing it from the clipboard.
  • what book and chapter specifically are you trying to import? The RIS on sage-ereference looks fine, if a little sparse.
Also, what export format are you selecting?
  • I've imported and it works fine just like you said. it appears that the problem is in the safe reference website.
    thanks again.
