Problem with "Add Item by Identifier” button

Hy all,
I have a PC with Windows 7 Ultimate, Firefox 11.0 and Zotero 3.0.3.
I have this issue: when I click on the "Add item Identifier" button, nothing happen. There is no box at all, no action. The button remains pressed until I click on another item. I've checked in the forum database but couldn't find any related post. Can you help me ? Many thanks, Raphaël

    First, make sure that the window to put in the identifier doesn't open somewhere in the background - I don't think that's possible anymore, but better to make sure.
    Then, create an error report ID and post it here:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_bugs

    I was thinking about this, and I've look carefully after the window everywhere, but nothing. I even plugged a second monitor in my laptop in the case my desktop would be extended, but nothing at all...
    SO I have created an error report ID that I'm going to post... Anyway, thanks for your answer...

    Well, just before to post the bug report (by the way, I didn't see any place to post this report on the link you gave me... Where should have posted it ?), I've succeed to open the "Add item ID" box this way : instead of open it through Zotero Standalone, I've tried through the window that "pops up" when clicking on the icon located down the corner of the Firefox window, and it works... Is ther anything I did wrong with Zotero Standalone ?...

    no, that should (and does for me) work exactly the same way in standalone - still create&post that bug report.

    I have Windows 7 Ultimate, Firefox 11.0 and Zotero 3.0.3.
    As explained in a previous post, here is the problem :
    - on Zotero Standalone, when I click on the "Add item ID" button, nothing happen at all, and particularly, no box in which written the ID shows up.
    - when I do the same through the Zotero window poping up after a click on the Zotero icon down the firefox corner, it works perfectly well.
    - Reboot Zotero or PC doesn't help.
    Ask me if you want more details.

    Exactly the same Same is happening for me

    Win 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit)
    Zotero 3.07 standalone

    I click on the add item by identifier button on the standalone toolbar and nothing happens.

    I am trying to add to a group library for which I have full permission. But the same error also occurs for My Library too.

    I am however able to import the reference using the Zotero Connector in Chrome

    provide a bug report as requested above - underlying issue may or may not be the same, having multiple reports will certainly help.
