missing labels

In the 3rd column, no label as info, notes,attachments, etc, appears.
I see only a very simple pane, with view page, and at the bottom, "related" and "tag".
In other word it is very diferent compared to the images of the zotero guide.
Something wrong?

    Sounds like you're just looking at a snapshot, which doesn't contain any metadata. Try clicking the "Create New Item from Current Page" or "New Item" buttons. Or view some of our screencasts to get a better sense of how Zotero works.
