Can't download PDF using Zotero Connector when viewing
I'm using Zotero on Chrome (with Connector and Standalone) on Mac Lion. When I'm viewing a full-text PDF that's not from a library (e.g. just a PDF linked from a researcher's website), there is no Zotero Connector icon that allows me to import the PDF into my Zotero Standalone library.
My current workaround is to download the PDF and then drag it into Standalone, and then try to retrieve metadata (or search the PDF on Google Scholar, and get citation data from there). Is there a more automated way to do this that will add the PDF into Zotero from the browser, and then save it with citation information into my library?

You could also have a look at the Zotfile plugin, which works for Standalone, too.
