Upgrade StorageBulk metadata retrieve
Having learned that Zotero now runs without Firefox (and wishing/waiting for an Opera connector), I have just imported a bunch of PDF files into zero (with "Link to File"). I now want to retrieve the metadata from those files, that have it. The problem is: if I select all of the files, this item is not in the right-click menu, because some of the files are Postcript or DjVU files. There also does not seem to be any way to sort the files by extension or type, so that I could easily manually select just the PDF files.
My suggestion: change "retrieve PDF metadata" to general "retrieve file metadata", always include the item in the menu, and perform retrieval for those files, for which it is known how to do it. (It already indicates failure for PDFs, for which nothing was found, in any case.)

under advanced search and create a saved search with the results (that should get "solo" PDFs, too.
(There likely won't be an Opera connector, but there is a good chance for a well-performing bookmarklet that will work in Opera, might even happen soonish).
