i am really wanting to use this thing but it seems that the majority of my research is peer reviewed which means that it most likely is in PDF format. Since this is the case I would like to see more flexibility for using the highlighting and note attachment features with PDF docs. so that the documents will be searchable. If this cannot not happen in the near future maybe figure out a way that Zotero is able to recognize the saved document on my hard drive whenever I open the PDF in the zotero file tree. This way I can use the adobe features while still utilizing the VERY helpful file management format that i love so much about zotero. Other than that keep up the good work, this thing is pretty radical!
