ISBN lookup not working

I am running Zotero 3.03 with Firefox 11.0 Both are up to date.

I can't get the ISBN lookup to work. The latest one I tried is 0 521 55105 6. I can find it in Worldcat so that's not the problem.

I found an old thread but nothing current. Does anyone else have this problem now?

It works without spaces or with hyphens. We can change it to strip the spaces automatically.

I did it without spaces and hyphens and it still doesn't work.

Provide a Debug ID for a lookup attempt without spaces that fails.

I take it all back. It worked as soon as I turned on the debug ID. I apologize for taking up your time.

That trick didn't work for me, lookup is still not working... I debugged and tried repeatedly:

This may have a connection to installing Microsoft Office 2011 recently? I have been using the old 2004 for Zotero though, so it would have to be something during installation.

That ISBN works for me. It shouldn't be necessary, but try resetting your translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences and restarting Zotero.

This could also happen if that URL for some reason doesn't download a proper RIS file for you, but I'm not sure why that would be.

(This wouldn't have anything to do with Office.)

I am just realising that being logged in through the campus network, when opening the link manually I have to chose whether to go to the generic worldcat or the uni subdomain. I guess this could be confusing zotero? I will try from home and see what happens.
