I tried to install 'Word Add-in' from Zotero Standalone program
bu the following error message pops up:
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Zotero.

SimonCan you make sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions? If it's not, enable it and that should fix things. If it is, try following step 2 (but not steps 1 and 3) of the real-time debug output instructions and post the output here.
