How to reinstall Zotero

Hi all,

I have been having some problems with Zotero. I want to delete it and reinstall it again. I have tried to do it, but everytime I reinstall my old library is there again. Can anyone tell me the steps on how to store my current library, delete all Zotero files, reinstall Zotero and import my library on it again.

I am using a Mac btw.

    What problems are you having? You do not want to use import on your whole library. Just report your issues.

    I am not able to see the saved papers in the Zotero application. I am not able to even add a reference to the Word document since the file itself didnt get saved. I have been adding papers manually by entering the PMID or DOI.

    I dont know what went wrong suddenly. It was working fine until last month. Now I am trying to save references and it is just not showing up in the application. Please help.
