Restore only a portion of the library

Hi there --

I'm new at this so all help is especially appreciated.

By accident I deleted an important folder. But, I did a backup not too long ago. How can I restore just that folder?

    Deleting a folder doesn't delete the items within it, which are still in the Library. Do you need to restore the folder itself, or can you recreate it?

    Oh I forgot! See, I am a total newbie strung out on coffee and anxiety. Thanks Dan; I'll recreate it from the library
