Upgrade StorageZotero 3.0.3. for word 2010 on mac
Hello,
is there anybody out there who knows how you can integrate the word plugin on mac and word 2010?
If I try to download via Add-on in Zotero the offered "Zotero Word for Mac Integration 3.1.10.SA.3.0.3" "for Word 2004 or later" I get the message "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Zotero." But after doing so there's still no opportunity to start the download.
Have you got any idea?..

SimonProvide a report ID after re-triggering the error and double-check the version of Word you have. (There is no Word 2010 for Mac, only Word 2008 and Word 2011.)
