Problems with Firefox 11

Hello @ all,

I am using a Mac with OS X Version 10.6.8., Firefox 11 and Word for Mac 2008, Version 12.3.2.

As stated when updating Firefox (due to PythonExt beeing not compatible), I installed the latest available version for Mac Integration 3.5.2 (Firefox extension)- didn´t help.

When I insert a citation the citations looks like this "(Brosius; Haas;¬†Koschel 2008)" and I totally don´t get the "¬†" in the citation.

Any ideas?

THANK YOU!

Sven

PS: I was searching for this, too, but could`t find a solution.
  • What style are you using? Does this happen for any item, or only a specific item?
  • Hello Simon,

the style is a special built Style, called FHV Autor-Jahr System v. 1.3 that was working fine before.

    Happens on every item.

    Kind regards,
    Sven
  • Do you get the same issue with one of the preinstalled styles?
If so - which? If not, we need to see the FHV style in question.
  • Hey Adam,

as you suggested, I tested the same thing with a different style in a new document - this worked fine.

I decided to get rid of the special style and changed to "Journal of Marketing" Style, this works so far. So I thing must have been the Style.

Thank you guys for your quick response!

    Kindest,

    Sven
