cannot log in because credentials not recognized

please help. I am new to Zotero and created a group. 2 of the group members cannot access Zotero. They have created accounts but when trying to log in the system seems not to recognize them. Both also did not receive a validation e-mail after registering? could ths be the cause of the non-recognition and how do I fix this?
  • If they still have not received validation emails have them send an email to registration@zotero.org from the address they used to register.
