Upgrade StoragePlug-in not working
Hello,
I have installed:
Zotero 2.1.10
Mac OS X 10.5.5
Firefox 3.6.28
Word for MAC 2008
I just installed the plugin 3.1 (http://www.zotero.org/support/word_for_mac_plugin_3.1), but the script in Word is not showing up.
I did it for a friend some months back in her computer and it was working, any help?

SimonStart by upgrading to Zotero 3.0.3 (and, while you're at it, Mac OS X 10.5.8; 10.5.5 has significant security issues). If the problem persists, see http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear and http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#scripts_do_not_appear_in_word_20082011_or_are_incompatible.
