Sticky notes not included in snapshot

When I archive a web page and highlight and add sticky notes to it, the snapshot I take includes the highlights but not the sticky notes. If I expand all the sticky notes I make, it will include them in the snapshot but they are all blank! Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

    I may be misunderstanding you, but it sounds like you are trying to take a snapshot of a snapshot. You can only highlight and add sticky notes to pages you have already archived locally. Why are you trying to take snapshots of pages you have already archived?
