Upgrade StorageInstallation Error
Zotero integration for Word has worked in the past, but Firefox upgrade seems to have messed things up. Now, get error message of "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox." every time I start Firefox.
Other info:
Firefox version: 10.0.2
Zotero Version: 3.0.3
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.6.8
I have already reinstalled PythonExt after deleting the Zotero.dot file on my computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

SimonAre you sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions?
