555119717 problem with posting citations

I try to put a citation in my paper and something comes up about the appropriate extension. I have the newest upgrade and it still wont allow me to post. Please help.

    Please be more precise - what's the exact message you're getting? And what versions of Zotero, word processor, and OS?

    Make sure PythonExt is installed and enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions

    The exact thing I am getting is "Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again" Is the exact thing I am getting.
