Upgrade StorageFirefox 10 update, Word for Mac plugin no longer works
Firefox recently updated, and now, I can neither insert citations in Word 2011 for Mac, nor reinstall the Word add-on. I receive the following message when I try:
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
Needless to say, I've closed MS word and restarted Firefox. Several times. I even receive the message when I restart Firefox.
I had Zotero generate and error report with the following number: 2129744926

SimonMake sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions.
