0.pdf ?

This is how my pdfs are downloading into my library when I try to do so from an e-mail attachment. Is there a way to do this with the PDF titles so I can easily id them?

    no. Once the PDFs are attached to a Zotero item you can use right-click --> "rename file from parent metadata" to rename them, but before that Zotero doesn't have any other information to use for renaming.

    I see. I'm a mac person so I can't right click. Zotero seems to rely on that function quite a bit . . .

    Right-click means Control-click on a Mac. Same in every Mac program.

    What Dan Stillman said is certainly correct. There are several other ways to right click on a Mac depending upon your computer model, OS version, and mouse / trackpad model. You can find several good explanations if you search Google for "mac right click". I have very large hands so I use a large usb mouse. Even without installing the mouse driver software, OS 9 forward will recognize Logitec models.
