    Can you give a detailed description of what you're doing and what you're seeing on your screen?

    At that time it always said that the code was corrupted. I try to fixed it by reset and restored from server and I disabled reviewing panel of Word processor. I think it might not compatible with that panel.
    Now I can use it again.
