Bibliography format question

It seems clear to me that Zotero is a wonderful tool for creating bibliograhpies based in a 'reference' style (that is, citing all mentioned references).

But it appears to me that it can't create a bibliography based on a 'bibliography and notes' style (which is to cite references not explicitly mentioned in the work).

Is this so or am I just a rookie?
