Upgrade StorageZotero.org should trigger ZoteroItemUpdated event
It seems like zotero.org is currently not triggering ZoteroItemUpdated event after items and/or item lists are loaded on pages like https://www.zotero.org/groups/all_things_zotero/items/
This makes it impossible to use the zotero.org site translator.

fcheslackThanks for reporting, I thought that change made it in a while ago but apparently it never made it to production. It should now be firing as it should most of the time. There are still some issues with firing on back/forward browser actions (or what looks like them to the site) which I'll sort out later today.
