Upgrade StorageFirefox won't shut down once restarted after a crash
Firefox won't shut down once restarted after a crash. It just hangs.
I noticed that there are numbered pipes in my Firefox profile /zotero/pipes/ . If I remove those files after a crash then Firefox, when restarted, can shut down normally.
