Error ID/Fehlermeldung: 373519275

Hello,

I need your help. Whenever in the last 3 Days I want to export my library, I get this error message: 373519275. What can I do?

    I export the files ("my library") from the context menu (right mouse button) to make a backup. Shortly before the end of data transmission at about 95%, I get the error message from Firefox, "the script is damaged or does not hear the answering." Now I do not know if the data export (backup) has already been completed?

  • A much better way to backup is to just make a copy of the Zotero data directory. Exporting and importing back will break all your documents that contain citation fields made by Zotero.

    It is possible that the script is just taking a long time to finish. You can also check the file that the export writes to see how far it has done the exporting.
