Error report 858737348 making citation in word

I get this error when I try to add a citation in Word
TypeError: this.registry.citationreg.citationById[c[0]] is undefined

I am using Word2008 for Mac OSX 10.6.8 on Firefox 10.0.2

Any suggestions how to fix it?

    First, make sure you have the latest version of Zotero (3.0.3). That might fix this.
    If not, first, try in a fresh document. If it works there, run through these in your existing document:
