Folders Group Library not visible to all members!?

Dear all,
Some of my colleagues cannot see all the sub-folders i have created yesterday in our group library, nor can they see the new titles of these subfolders (i renamed some yesterday as well). Some also see an error message when they add a folder themselves and try to enter a reference.
Is it because the changes i made yesterday are not visible yet?
Or should i adjust smth in the settings?

  • If you can see the collections and items on the Zotero site, then your Zotero has not synced with the server. If you can see the items, then it is your colleagues' computers that need to be synced.

    Also, what exactly is the error message that your colleagues get?
  • You need to synchronize your Zotero client. Click on the sync button.

    Even if you have configured automatic syncing, there can be problems that need to be solved by clicking the sync arrow.

  • What can i do to synchronize zotero with the server?
    Here is one message i know that some colleagues of mine get: when synchronizing:

    The group 'ETTIS' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

    The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on zotero.org.

    But i do not get these messages...

    Generally when you are asking help on user forums and someone provides a link to documentation, reading that will solve the problem.
