incomplete citations in word

For ages Zotero has been working really well. But suddenly it has stopped giving full citations in word - it just gives the author's last name and the title, with no publication information. Is this connected to installing Snow Leopard OS recently? I have Word for Mac 2008 and firefox 3.6.26. Would appreciate any help!

    Thanks. The default output format is the Chicago Manual of Style (full note).

    Re-install the style from the repository. Make sure you have the full-note version of Zotero. What you describe sounds like the note version.

    I've just re-installed the style - Chicago Manual of Style full-note version - and restarted firefox. But no change. When you say full-note version of Zotero, though, is there something else I can check?

    I meant full note version of the style. There is Chicago Note and Chicago Full Note - you'll need the latter.
    Have you tried this in a new document?
