Upgrade Storagesync problem & & unusal zotero file found
I have recently had problems with sync.
Problem 1
- An error message appeared indicating I did not have sufficient storage space. Although my usage indicated i had used only approximately 65% of my storage capacity, I had upgraded my storage from my 1GB plan to the 5GB plan.
- Another error message appeared when I tried to sync after the upgrade, pls refer to error report ID 21968412
Problem 2
- I have also noticed with the backup of my computer that there are 2 unusually large files associated with zotero on my account:
i) a file named video.mjpg of 51.42GB which is located at /Users/vickitse/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/jd5h058i.default/zotero/storage/UFKAXU2S
ii) a zip file named UFKAXU2S.zip of 2.95 GB, file location /Users/vickitse/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/jd5h058i.default/zotero/tmp
- I have not actively attached any such big files to my library, although I have recently commenced importing searches from medline (2 searches of approx 400 items eacg with no attachments). I can't see that these would amount to 50+GB.

- Zoterio 3.0.1
- Mac OS X, version 10.6.8
- Firefox version 9.0.1
