Which field or item type to denote "letters to the editor"?

Which field within journal article do I need to fill in to denote the article is a "letter to the editor" or "correspondence" type, rather than an original article? Or do I need to use a different item type altogether?
  • Would just making this part of the title work? As in
"Correspondence: This is an article title"
  • Why didn't I think of that...
  • Sometimes a letter will be given a title, sometimes not. Sometimes the letter comments on a published article or an event.

I make changes to the letter's title in Zotero to something similar to:

[Letter title], Comments on: [short cite of orig article] [event]
