zotero word for mac integration error

I have zotero 3.0.1 with Firefox 9.0.1 and use Word 2011 version 14.1.4 All was working fine then all of sudden Firefox indicated a Zotero for Word Mac integration error. There is a new security update for Firefox that will not install until this problem is resolved according to the installation message.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not especially tech savvy so will need some coaching. I really rely on my Zotero files.

    it said Zotero Word for Mac Integration error. That's all. It said to close Word (which wasn't open) and restart Firefox. Same error message. I downloaded Firefox 10.0 and it opened with the same error message.

    Really, we need the exact error message—word for word—and a Report ID, as explained on that page.

    There are two ID report is 842749615 or 1197744695

    The error message was

    {Javascript Error: "The file 'brjophthal01013-0001pdf' would exceed Zotero File storage quota" {file"chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/sync.jc" line 661}}

    I also now remember that I put a large pdf file in Zotero and it took up all the storage space. I then removed the file. Perhaps this is what triggered the problem.

    that's sync error message, unrelated to word processor integration. It should not prevent you from updating FF or Zotero.
