Save as Item vs. Create New Item From Current Page

When I'm looking at a jpg file in Firefox, I have two Zotero options:
Create New Item from Current Page
Save Image As Zotero Item

These seem to do the same thing, is that correct, or am I missing something?

    They're essentially the same. "Save Image" just creates an Artwork item instead of a Web Page item (though you can change that yourself too).

    Really "Create New Item from Current Page" (there and in the Zotero toolbar) should just do that automatically when the current page is an image.
